4. User Types and Responsibilities

4.2 Impression Makers

Impression makers create original content for campaigns and are responsible for ensuring content quality, authenticity, and compliance with campaign requirements.

4.3 Amplifiers

Amplifiers distribute and promote content across their networks. They must comply with platform guidelines and maintain authentic engagement.

4.4 Team Members and Community Members

Team and community members collaborate on projects and must maintain professional conduct and respect community guidelines.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
Collect or harvest information about other users
Engage in fraudulent activities or money laundering
Create fake accounts or manipulate engagement metrics
Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to our platform. However, by using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving our Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to all content you submit and that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Payment and Earnings

Earnings from campaigns and activities are credited to your digital wallet within the platform. Withdrawal policies and minimum thresholds apply.

7.2 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their actions. Payment processing fees may apply.

7.3 Tax Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their own tax obligations related to earnings from the platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
